From then on, the spouses are fully committed to bee breeding. They register a family farm. Thanks to their participation in the Family Farms of Belogorye regional program, they become known for their work not only locally, but also beyond the administrative district.
History
Milestones
The story of the Ivnyansky Supply and Marketing Agricultural Consumer Cooperative (SMACC) begins in the mid-1990s, when the Paklinovs family move from Uzbekistan to the village of Syrtsevo. Back then, Vyacheslav Paklinov took 15 bee colonies with him to keep and breed in his spare time. The Regional Fund for the Support of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses approves the issue of a one-year loan worth RUB 1.5 million to the family. This made it possible to purchase Italian equipment and launch a packing line to pack honey in sticks of 10 to 30 g. This is how the Paklinovs have brought to the regional market an easy-to-consume product that does not require additional cutlery, reduces storage and transportation costs, produces a minimum of waste.
This is the foundation year of the Ivnyansky Supply and Marketing Agricultural Consumer Cooperative. It unites beekeepers from Ivnya, Belgorodsky, and Yakovlevsky districts. These experienced beekeepers decide to combine their knowledge and experience to create a highest-quality well-loved product.
Today, the products by Ivnyansky can be found throughout the country: on exhibition displays, at school canteens, and even in the sky — aboard a plane.
Ivnyansky, SMACC, is a big team of passionate beekeepers based in the Belgorod Region. Combining traditions of many countries and new views on bee breeding in their work, they create high-quality honey and derived products.
